Bruce R. Kermott, Esq. obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1989. He received his undergraduate education at the University of California – Santa Cruz and also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kermott helps manage our firm’s litigation department. He has over 21 years of litigation, arbitration, trial and appellate experience. Before practicing law, Mr. Kermott worked as a property manager in Los Angeles where he managed numerous residential, commercial and industrial properties. He is also licensed by the Contractors State License Board.
Mr. Kermott’s unique background and experience have proven tremendously helpful to the firm’s clients. He is credited for successfully litigating many significant cases affecting the rights of HOAs and their members, and for recovering several awards of 100% attorney’s fees recovery for our clients.
