Shane T. Micheil

Shane T. Micheil, Esq. is a Senior Attorney at Tinnelly Law Group. Mr. Micheil received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego where he was also a four-year member of the NCAA Men’s Soccer Team. Mr. Micheil obtained his Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While at Chapman, Mr. Micheil competed against other law students on a regional, national, and international level as a member of Chapman’s mock trial and alternative dispute resolution teams.
Prior to joining Tinnelly Law Group, Mr. Micheil worked at civil litigation firms where he obtained significant litigation experience representing corporate and individual clients, including multi-national corporations, financial institutions, and business owners, in a variety of subject matters, including disputes involving breach of contract, real estate, employment, fraud, business tort, unfair business practices, class actions, and trade secrets claims. Mr. Micheil also gained extensive experience representing homeowners in HOA disputes having represented dozens of homeowners opposite HOAs in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Micheil has been licensed to practice law in California since 2016 and is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in the state.
