Brittany A. Monaco
Director of Engagement
Brittany Monaco serves as the Director of Engagement for Tinnelly Law Group. Mrs. Monaco began her career with the Firm in 2020 as the Executive Assistant to Managing Partner Steve Tinnelly and his executive team. With an extensive background in customer service, she is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and meaningful professional relationships within the organization.
After completing her degree in Organization Psychology from Penn State World Campus—graduating with Dean’s List honors for her GPA—Mrs. Monaco expanded her focus to developing firmwide culture and career growth initiatives. She spearheads efforts in continuing education, team-building programs, client engagement, and employee incentive opportunities, all aimed at enhancing both the internal workplace experience and the Firm’s service to its clients.
Mrs. Monaco lives in Trabuco Canyon, California, with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing and teaching ballet, cooking for family and friends, and curling up with a good book. Her heart for helping others shows up in every part of her life—whether she’s supporting colleagues, cheering on her loved ones, or volunteering at her church whenever she’s able. Brittany’s background in psychology has given her a meaningful way to pour into others professionally, allowing her to combine her love of people with her passion for personal and professional growth.
