Dyanne L. Peters
Senior Attorney
Dyanne L. Peters, Esq. is a Senior Attorney at Tinnelly Law Group. Ms. Peters obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Political Science from Long Beach State, while competing as a member of the University’s NCAA nationally ranked Division 1 women’s volleyball team. She later competed professionally overseas. Before attending law school, Ms. Peters worked as an intern at the White House in Washington D.C. and later served as an Assistant Campaign Director for the Sierra Club in San Francisco. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. In law school, Ms. Peters founded and later led the Real Estate & Land Use Society and served as the Chief Comment Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. She received Pro Bono Recognition for her service to the community and she continues to mentor law school students. She was awarded a merit scholarship, the Student Leadership Scholarship in 2014 and 2015, and the Irvin and Eleanor B. Kahn Endowed Scholarship.
Prior to joining Tinnelly Law Group, Ms. Peters worked at another Firm specializing in providing corporate counsel and litigation services to common interest developments. She has extensive experience providing legal counsel to HOAs across Southern California.
Ms. Peters has been practicing law since 2016 and is licensed in California and currently admitted to practice in all California courts and in the Southern and Central district courts. She is active in the CID industry and community. She served as the Guest Editor for the Winter 2019, Spring 2021, and Spring 2023 CACM Law Journal. As part of the OC-CAI Education Committee, she teaches community leadership and other educational programs for which she was recognized as Committee Member of the Year in 2022. She has also published multiple industry-related articles. She is a Mom of two who enjoys playing volleyball, attending concerts, and reading books in her free time.
