Jennifer Berschauer is a Senior Attorney at Tinnelly Law Group. Ms. Berschauer received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in English, from San Diego State University. Ms. Berschauer graduated cum laude and was elected to the university’s Phi Beta Kappa membership for her academic achievements.

Ms. Berschauer obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her time at McGeorge School of Law, Ms. Berschauer served as both a staff writer and associate articles editor for The Transnational Lawyer, a law review publication. Ms. Berschauer’s published law review article, “Ego or Equity? Examining U.S. Extension of the Sherman Act,” can be found at 11 Transnational Lawyer, 187.

Ms. Berschauer has extensive experience in litigated matters, having successfully represented businesses and individuals in both state and federal court. Her experience includes business litigation, employment law, construction defect law, and general representation of businesses throughout California. In addition to her experience representing homeowners associations, Ms. Berschauer has represented homeowners in HOA disputes in litigated matters and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Berschauer is admitted to practice before all California state courts, and the United States District Court, Central District.

Ms. Berschauer is married with two children and lives in San Clemente, California. She enjoys long walks, baking, reading, and spending time with her family. Ms. Berschauer and her family foster cats and kittens through The Ark of San Juan Capistrano.
