Nicholas J. Tomic
Attorney
Nick Tomic is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in civil litigation and commercial transactions. He earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of California, Riverside, and his Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While at Chapman, Mr. Tomic received CALI Awards for achieving the highest grades in Bankruptcy Procedure and Practice, Trademark Law, and Trial Practice.
Before joining Tinnelly Law Group, Mr. Tomic worked for a municipality, where he gained significant experience in a variety of legal matters, including tort liability, commercial contracts, indemnity disputes, and appellate practice. He also worked at a civil litigation firm, where he acquired extensive experience representing homeowners in a range of HOA disputes, including CC&R enforcement, governance matters, board elections, and neighbor conflicts.
Outside the office, Nick enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and son and visiting family in Croatia. A former collegiate tennis player, he stays active on the court, participating in USTA and club tournaments.
