Conor Ross founded Ross Construction Management in 2009 and has been in construction for almost 30 years. He is a reconstruction specialist with more than 14 years of experience in Homeowners Association Reconstruction. Conor has a verifiable track record for the successful completion from small jobs up to multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building a positive rapport with engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining costs. Mike Graves is the Owner and CEO of SCT Reserve Consultants, and has been doing reserve studies for over 25 years. Mike is a San Diego State alum with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He attained his Reserve Specialist designation in 2000 and his Educated Business Partner distinction in 2013.
